So, after being raw for a month I broke. I'm not beating myself up but I did have to re-evaluate why I was doing this in the first place. I want ultimate health. I want to feel my feet again and I want my hair to grow like it use to. All of these "little" things remind me of how in health I use to be. This is my vow to stay on this diet. So I've been on a high fruit diet and it's been an amazing experience thus far. I'm diabetic and at first I was scared to do such a thing. But I learned the proper way to do it. In my experience when I eat mostly all fruits my blood sugars have been within range. I learned that fructose is the only sugar that doesn't need insulin to break into the cell wall.
