Hi Fruitbats! It's been a while since I have communicated with others in the community, and it's great to be back. But I need some help. I seem to have fallen from the 80/10/10 wagon, and been inclined to eat more fats (BIG TIME). I have been a Raw vegan & Animal liberation supporter for nearly two years, but had not eaten correctly for most of it...under-eating daily, surviving on merely 1000 calories a day on whole raw foods. Now, I sustain myself on the Raw 'til 4 lifestyle so it would help me thrive as an endurance athlete (Varsity Track). Plus, the whole healthy and alive look is great to see on myself.
