My name is Cassie Hoskins, I'm 20 years old from the Gold Coast, Australia.
I have been vegetarian for nearly a year and i just recently decided to take the plunge into being a raw till 4 vegan, and id love to talk to some like minded people and get some tips for how to transition into this 'diet'.
I have been watching videos and reading these forums and i am confident that this is the correct lifestyle choice for me!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
My favourite book is called 'Love sees not with the eyes', its a book filled with the life work of designer Alexander McQueen. As i am a fashion designer (i don't use animal products don't worry!) and i look up to him greatly.
We recommend you purchase Freelee's ebook "Go fruit Yourself!". It is a must-read for newbies to the high carb raw vegan lifestyle.

Today marks the end of my first week/start of my second week raw till 4!

Safe to say - I'm loving it!

I feel so great and i feel like my attitude towards life is so much more positive.

If this is what happens after just one week i can't wait to see what its like after 1 year!

Im working out which smoothies I'm loving and which i need to work on… And that if i don't eat enough for one meal I'm STARVING for my next meal. Im making sure to up my intake on sweet fruit…

Hey fruit lovers!

This is my second day of raw till 4 HCLF!

So far I'm feeling amazing, i just want to keep on track of my food intake and exercise.

I thought that theres no place better then here!

If you have any tips or great recipes please share :)

Todays breakfast: 1/4 watermelon and 3 passion fruits poured over the top.

Water so far: 1.5L
