I've been vegan for a few years now and have tried raw foods several times but I've never done it right. I've not been able to maintain consistency. Maybe because I was always the only one I knew that was doing what I was doing. Here's to joining a community, finally.
I grew up in Townsville, North Queensland, but when I was 10 years old I was given the opportunity to live in Penang, Malaysia with my family. I lived there for 9 years and I don't think home has one specific place on earth for me now. I'm a paid teacher's aid and a penniless musician. I have a broken sitar and no one to fix it. I devour good books and starve myself of television. I like unstructured play and phonetics play. I enjoy being in the elements. I have a dog that reads my mind.

I'm a noob. I'm hoping I can find the right advice to get me started.
30bad is a fruit-focused vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply because I like totally agree with all this
answering your Sydney vs Melbourne question...Sydney hands down. i live in melbourne but use to live in sydney and i can say without a doubt that sydney is much better for fruit access. happy to give more info if you need. good luck
Just saw your comment up on the sydney raw group, as a life long sydney resident I can vouch that fruit prices and fruit availability are great. Especially recently now dates seem to be stocked at all Woolworths and Coles which is awesome, also Sydney's Flemington Market is great for bulk buying. Never been to Melbourne so can't really comment on the varying diffrence between the citites, but Sydney is most definitely accomodating to an 811 lifestyle.
Hey, why thank you Carla...la. I'm pretty into photography, and love taking Bulb (long exposure) photos. Yesssum I'm a Mewzishan, I like the geeetar as well. Is that your Sitar in the photo? Those are sweet. I'm planning on recording my songs real soon and putting them up onto youtube. I'll let you know when that happens. I would love to share some music some time? Do you mean like exchanging favorite bands? I'd love to hear some new music, I haven't gone looking for any for a long time. I'de recommend checking out Blonde Redhead, and Mirah, and Grizzly Bear and Blitzen Trapper and Gotye andd I dunno thats all I can think of for now. Nah I don't think this girl knows, maybe you're right. Only problem is that the only time i'de see her was when she worked at this vegan restaurant that is no longer open. Oh well.
Thats sounds wonderful. I'd love to have some fruitful adventures. I'll let you know if I ever make it. Nice pictures, you seem rad. I especially like the bulb photo with the sparkler. Super cool and the one piece gives it a real rad feel :) Also you look a lot like this vegan girl I've had a crush on for ages haha So much love.
