I've always been fat! Haha
Really, I am tired of fighting against my weight and more I am tired of not being happy because of my body. I've gone through bulimia, I am still struggling with it to be honest. I am getting married in July this year, so I've put even more pressure on my shoulders. My fiancé, who's a soldier and so can eat anything and everything at anytime, kind of pushes me through weight loss even though he says I'm fine how I am... He thinks keeping myself to 400 calories a day is fine because I don't have a job and I don't do as much sport as he does.
I love sports though, I run 7km several times a week, do horse riding twice a week, abs and squads almost everyday, that's not a lot but better that nothing. I'd do way more if I wasn't alone here of if I could afford it.When I was younger I did a lot of outdoor sports like horse riding every single day, athletics, volley ball... But I never was fit cause I couldn't stop myself from eating eating eating...
I've chosen to join this program because I LOVE fruit and I could absolutely live only on fruit. I just discovered this lifestyle and didn't think it was real! I am really excited about it.
I kind of tried it today but my concern is about the amount of food! I am quite used to eat a lot with binge eating, but today I only had fruit and vegs and I feel completely full with a maximum of maybe 700 calories. Does that mean I need to keep eating when I am full or do several meals during the day ?
I do want to lose weight obviously but more than anything I want to be happy and feel energetic again, I used to be so dynamic and now I feel like a old depressed lady!
I'm 22, 1.68m and around 70kg, BMI around 25.
