I've been watching videos of a few popular names in the raw food community on and off for about a year now, and I have been practicing raw till 4 for the most part for about a week. I come from a past of disordered eating habits... calorie restriction about 2 years ago put me at a dangerously low BMI for about a year and a half, and at the beginning of this year I managed to gain it all back through binge eating all in the course of a few months. Needless to say, I was tired of being constantly energy depleted and became high carb cooked vegan a few weeks ago, but I'm hoping to move on to being raw til 4, and maybe even HCRV eventually.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
