I have done oil pulling only one or two times with coconut oil, but less than 30min.. I know Rawvana has a video on it on youtube. what kind of oil are you using?

Brian, sorry for the late reply. I'd be glad to help with any confusion you have with weightlifting. To answer your specific question, you should allow yourself to do the sets on a about 2-2:30 interval. Meaning you start the set, and whatever time is left in that 2:30, you rest until the next set. I tend to get ABOUT 90 seconds of rest in between.
