How did I get here? Well 2 years ago I started with raw food and like every other newbie I first found gourmet raw recipies and all that sh.., and i was OK for few months but then winter came and I had NOTHING fresh and organic to eat and stay strong ( that's what i tought at that moment) so I stopped and got fat and weak again, but then I found you guys DR and Freelee, getting back on track, doing my kickboxing, eating fruits and being happy! My only problem is that I'm not getting enough calories, not cz I don't want to but cz I just can't put all that fruit inside, will my appetite grow?! ( I hope so..)

You are very welcome! :) Excellent! Yeah cronometer is cool. I especially like how you can add your own foods, add recipes, etc. So now every time I have a smoothie I can just select the smoothie recipe I entered instead of having to enter all the individual ingredients every time.
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
