I have been on a fruitarian diet for about 4 weeks now. I've been a bodybuilder for a couple of years and have been berated at how protein will make me bigger, but I'm always about experimentation and trying new things, and eating close to 25 bananas a day as well as other fruits not only has helped me gain more size but has also helped me stay lean in the off season!

I would love to know what fruits to eat and what fruits I should stay away from to keep myself lean in the off season. I know that not all fruits are made equal and just want to make sure I stay away from the ones that aren't as good as the others.
