I am a wife and mother. We have 4 girls, a 5 year old, 3 year old and 5 month old twins.
I gained 70lbs with my first and have not been able to get the weight off with the others.
I struggle with my weight and I have never been good at being committed to a "diet" After I had my 2nd I went vegetarian for a year and LOVED IT. I lost about 1/2 the weight but was substituting meat with carbs so eventually the weight stopped coming off and I got discouraged and went back to meat and trying "diets" again.
My brother and I starting juicing, did a week of complete juicing. My brother was loosing weight and I was not. the 2nd month I was juicing in the morning and lunch and eating completely clean for dinner and still not loosing. I still lost only a few lbs and again was discouraged.
I recently was just deciding to go back vegetarian when my friend and I were talking about how she has been eating vegan. And I was saying that just seems to expensive and complicated and I am not a huge fan of veggies. And she told me about Freelee the banana girl. Well here I am, super excited about all this. My husband is excited and I am just ready to learn and get started.
I am nervous because I am a very visual person and like to be told exactly what to do and when to do it. I am afraid Ill mess up or it won't work on "me"
So here is to starting the 30day challenge!
