Whenever I watch Freelea's videos, I can't help but want her little body so bad! I have been exercising about two-three times a week. I'm thinking that I should run a mile each day, but have two days of muscle building exercise. I really want to be super small like she is! But is it possible for almost everyone to be as small as she is?!
I can't believe it has already been two weeks that I have not eaten junk food, thought about bingeing or simply been thinking about food constantly! It is great and I have found my simple way of eating/scheadule:
Breakfast: 2-3 Bananas with a cup of juice
Lunch: 4 Pieces of Fruit
Snack: 2 Bananas, about a half a cup of berries i guess
Dinner: Spinach salad, no dressing, a BUNCH of grape tomatoes, carrots, etc.
