I have been struggling with different eating disorders since I was 12 years old! It obviously started with anorexia because I hated my body, but then I started thinking that I deserved to eat a lot of sweets etc. for being so good that summer. That previous summer I got down to around 600 calories a day plus swimming every day. Then, to about 3,500 calories a day of sugary cereals and JUNK! I had absolutely no control and as a young teen, I knew I had binge eating disorder. I was miserable and was up to 124 pounds which shocked me. Next year I had anorexia, had no energy, was depressed and 114 pounds at 5'8". I had no social life, not even with family. Eventually, I told myself that this was no way to live and started eating carefully again. Now, I've been bingeing and hate my body. I know that I am not fat, I am 126 pounds and 5'9" or taller. But I have such low self esteem. And even if my metabolism can process those once a week binges that mess up the next three days, I don't want to live like this. It has gotten very bad where I've purged, I don't do this often though. I have been vegan for the past three days and haven't had ONE urge to binge! I feel fantastic and a little scared. I'm scared that I will become addicted to the fruit I'm eating or something, or will allow myself to all of a sudden binge out and never get back on track somewhere down the line. I hope not. I want to be healthy and have color in my face! I found that Australian girl who is my inspiration! (FreeLee I think?) She answered all of my questions and I think I have finall found my gateway to happiness! THANK YOU IF YOU READ THIS FREE LEE!!!!

I want to know how every nutrient is brought into the body. I love the lifestyle so far, but my mom is not always supportive and will make me eat protein from meat. I love fruit so much, but where can I get the iron and protein?! Thanks!

Day 16: Mile run!

Whenever I watch Freelea's videos, I can't help but want her little body so bad! I have been exercising about two-three times a week. I'm thinking that I should run a mile each day, but have two days of muscle building exercise. I really want to be super small like she is! But is it possible for almost everyone to be as small as she is?!

I can't believe it has already been two weeks that I have not eaten junk food, thought about bingeing or simply been thinking about food constantly! It is great and I have found my simple way of eating/scheadule:

Breakfast: 2-3 Bananas with a cup of juice

Lunch: 4 Pieces of Fruit

Snack: 2 Bananas, about a half a cup of berries i guess

Dinner: Spinach salad, no dressing, a BUNCH of grape tomatoes, carrots, etc.

        Okay, so I was with an old friend yesterday and had a small ice cream. I had a vegan breakfast and I guess the ice cream was my lunch. I didn't think much of it and had pretzels and some chocolate for dinner. It wasn't really a binge, but following that I had TERRIBLE stomach ache! I hated it! It is the end of my seventh day today!!! It is quite shocking that I have not had any of the following for a week (without any cravings!):

1. Chocolate

2. Candy

3. Icecream

4. Binges

5. Chips

6. Soda/Diet Soda

7. Pancakes/Baked Products

It has been amazing and my overall weight spiked up to 132 in the beginning, which is A LOT! I really don't like to weigh that much and get really down about it, but I stayed strong and ignored it. Right…
