Came to 30BAD after met friend following fruitarian lifestyle in Scotland, Ronnie - hes an inspiration [youtube:ronnieavoidsjunk]. I was already a cooked food vegan and had done juicing and raw vegan foods before but this is first time Im doing no fat diet, 80/10/10. Absolutely love the high carb low fat vegan lifestyle because the fats eg from nuts turned my blood fatty and impaired my running performance and my heart didnt like them. I look at what Hippocrates said and about how diet can reverse disease and learn as much as I can.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
