Today I experimented with raw til 12. The reason is that lately I've been noticing that eating an all-raw lunch really wasn't satisfying me (despite being adequate calorically).

Today was a good day. I went running in the morning and did about 15 minutes of jump rope (actually one of my favourite exercises). What I like about running and jump rope is the sense of momentum, of dynamic movement. My sister, on the other hand, is very into yoga. She also does a lighter version of CrossFit 5 days a week (!), I personally have great admiration for people who do yoga and excel at it, but for me I have to say that I've always been drawn to more movement-centered activities…Continue

Pre-breakfast 45 minute swimming lesson
5 medium banana smoothie
1 medium banana
2 small navel oranges
2 cups of kale, sauteed in 1 tbsp of coconut oil
2 medium potatoes, steamed
Cream of cashew and coconut broccoli soup (not as decadent as it sounds)
Like a lot of people, I have a love-hate relationship with the scale.
I haven't stepped on one in awhile, and this morning out of sheer curiosity I stepped on the one at my gym.
Needless to say, I was shocked and dismayed to find that I weighed in at my highest since my first year of university, when my binge eating was just spiralling out.of.control.
