Banana & I just met a few weeks ago upon my finishing the 80/10/10 book. Before that, we were sworn enemies. When I was in Kindergarten, to impress my Mom, I choked down 6 bananas in a row, ran…Continue

I have done so much research/reading on raw that I've turned myself upside-down & can't figure out what's best to do. The last two books I've read followed the principles of Natural Hygiene & I'm very interested but again have read so much I don't know where to start. I've had Colitis since I was 11 yrs. old (15 years) & would like to correct this problem nutritionally while going "back to our roots" & eating a natural diet. Thank you! :)

hi lovely biscuit1 how are you on your raw journey? handfasting is a pagan style wedding, its where the term 'tie the knot' comes from (an ancient idea long before christianity), it means you can decide to be with someone for a year and a day or forever, and you have your ceremony and your hands are bound with a ribbon or scarf and u exchange vows and rings (its different for everyone), you can check it out on google, its variations i mean.... it worked for us and we are very happy......:) much love x x x x
