I am 16 years old and I was born into a vegetarian family. I did eat fish for a few years (yuck!) but stopped one day when i found a vein (even more gross!). This is when I decided to go vegan. I have been vegan for about 2 years now and have been loving it ever since. I am almost finished with reading 80/10/10 and it has inspired me so much! I have wanted to go low fat raw vegan for a while now and just have to convince my mom (teenager problems), but when she's fully on board so will I! I am just looking for some more helping things on HCRV to help me get there.

I just need some extra help in convincing my parents that I can still be healthy on a raw vegan diet even though I am pretty young. And I also want some more advice and tips on being a low fat raw vegan.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
