I have been trying to get healthier for a little over a year now. Wanting to lose weight and hopefully get off my prescription meds. So far I have lost 36 lbs. This year I did an elimination diet and learned I am allergic to wheat. Since then I have been researching paleo and vegetarian diets and found Frelee online. I'm considering trying the 30bad lifestyle to see if it works for me.

Durianrider & Freelee started this site to bring together high carb, raw vegan and vegan lifestylists' across the Globe! 30bad is a high standard and high performance team! We're here to help you make our team! Let us know what high fruit assistance do you need?
Probably will have a lot of questions when starting out.
30bad is a fruit-focused vegan internet community which promotes a high carb fruit based vegan lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to this. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. We also require our members to post with proper netiquette. Therefore, please indicate your intention:
I will comply despite some disagreement since I am a team player

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
P.S. Hey that is AWESOME that you have been able to loose 36lbs already, way to go! :)
I notice you have some disagreement with some of our things, that's totally fine, just try to keep an open mind and follow the program to the letter for a while and see what it can do for you! You may be tempted to try to calorie restrict to keep the weight loss rate up, but PLEASE search around on here and see why we recommend so many calories! You can totally get down to a healthy weight and feel great doing it! I'm glad you're here :)
