My journey into healthy and conscious eating started 4 years ago. Since then, I have been on a raw vegan diet then full fruitarian for a while.

Recently - mainly due to environmental and lifestyle factors - I reintroduced some cooked vegan whole foods. Anyway, I came to understand that a high carb (either from raw or cooked source) is important to provide the body with necessary energy to operate its functions.

I am pretty sure I underate a lot when I was 100% raw vegan and then 100% fruitarian and this might explain why I often felt tired and lazy.

Whenever good fresh fruits and veggies are available, I am more than happy to stay raw.
That is why I aim to live in a tropical place and start a new life, more connected with Nature and away from commercial and conventionally grown fruits and veggies.
