I am a very health conscious college student. I've been trying to loose weight for about 3 years now and nothing worked. I just started a raw vegan diet and I immediately started looking fat. Im trying to learn more about it so I can stay on it forever, if possible. I'm not exactly sure what I can and can't eat and well as how to keep loosing weight and stay healthy and not sickly.
