I have Crohn's Disease and want to heal using Dr. David Klein's healing book for C&C. Looking to connect with others so I can succeed. Tried it once and fell off the bandwagon too soon because I didn't have any support.

I need help with dinner time meals. I find it very challenging to feel fulfilled at dinner meal. I crave high-fat raw vegan foods (or even meat)... working hard to change this but I struggle with it alot :( . I also have A LOT of embarassing flatulence :S A LOT! A lot more since I've implemented more HCRV. Help! Candida?

You can get this thing, it's not that hard to do once you understand how to and what to eat. I would be happy to share with you what I have done to be successful with this lifestyle. One thing that I've done is eat, eat, and eat some more till I can't eat anymore. Over the last three years I've eaten over 27,000 bananas!!!
This lifestyle has helped me to beat colitis, major depression, chronic fatigue, and adrenal fatigue. I'm so grateful for my recovery that I can't help but to want to help others with their recoveries, so you ask me questions and I'll do my best to support you and get you on track : )
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
