I have been trying to transition to a raw foods lifestyle for about 3 months and I am fascinated by it! I love it! Cant stop reading about it:) So I am open to learning anything and everything about this 80/10/10 style of eating, I really think this may be the diet that really just "clicks" with me

Sorry for the delay in answering your question Ashley. I am +3 years 100% lowfat raw vegan (although I've gravitated from 811 to 955, no overts, mostly mono now;)) with a deep passion for healthy, compassionate, and ecological living. Have a great day! :D
Due to financial difficulties I can't be 100% raw at this time. I eat 1000 calories from raw fruit and 2000 from low fat cooked food like rice. No condiments. What are you eating? If you're not getting enough calories in you'll crave cooked food. Only natural. Your body craves calories. Get more calories from the good stuff. Fruit. Eating foods high in minerals is also important like tender greens (lettuce, spinach). Getting enough sodium is important. Celery is high in sodium and other minerals. Hope this helps.
