Started watching heaps of Durian rider on Youtube for inspiration as was struggling with my nutrition over the last few months. Used to be a Fatty Boom Boom at 117kg, turned vegan smashing fruit veg raw nuts green smoothies and brown rice and beans to cut down to 80kg. Need insoiration to get back on track... thats where 30bannanas a day comes in. Got the 80/10/10 on order. I do enjoy reading books on health and nutrition.

I would like some more assurance of nutritional adequacy on the program. But I will probably get this from 80/10/10 when it arrives.

Hey Arjuna, how are you? I came across you on facebook.. via "Vegans of Geelong" :) I'm actually from Jan Juc, though been here in Canada since August. Always nice to connect with people in your own area hey. I've only been aware of, and getting into the 80/10/10 since being here, so kind of concerned about prices for organics back home, we're set up pretty good here for now.. 18kgs for $20 of org, 'over-ripe' bananas! I guess you may understand my hesitance! How do you find it all back there??
To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
