Hi my name is Aric! I have been eating a diet that is almost completely vegan since the beginning of this year! I start a completely vegan diet in just 3 days! I did not feel I could maintain a vegan diet while living with my immediate family. Didn't really get the support I feel I would need... However, in four days I am moving out and living with a vegetarian! I know she will give me the support I need and I know I can do it. I only eat animal products a few times a week as it is and I feel as though it will be really easy to become completely vegan. Outside of my diet I am an engineering student at Wright State University. I am delivering pizzas until I can find an internship so I can pay for college without taking any loans. I am training for my first marathon in the fall! super excited for that! and I guess.... overall I am just a very driven person and I am always looking for things to do and way to improve myself.

I feel as though I have done a lot of research but is there anything as far as specific nutrients I should be making sure I get enough of when I switch? I have made sure I have protein, iron, vitamin B-12, calcium, vitamin D, and the proper omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. Is there anything else big I am missing?
