I'm looking at ways to change my diet, lose weight and have abundance of energy. I'm constantly tired and I have gained a lot of weight over the last 3 years (15kg). I've lost a bit but still have 10K to go. My energy level is zero. I'm trying to bring it up, lose weight and exercise more. I've been eating raw for 5 days now but still feel tired. I'm trying to find out what I'm doing wrong by engaging with others.
