Woke up groggy again, which I truly hate.
The Hami melon was so sweet, I thought someone injected pure sugar into it. I could not believe it! Made an interesting smoothie combo with it, by adding apple bananas, coconut water, and some cinnamon/vanilla/carob powders and the best: one large mint leaf. It was divinity in drink form!
Woke up feeling splendid!
Eagerly awaiting my first meal, first did some skipping, but no more squatting until the knee gets better.
Smoothies of epic taste and size : nectarines, bananas, lettuce and coconut water. Same as yesterday.

Woke up a bit easier, but still could have slept at least a couple more hours. Had crazy dreams, and my muscles were buzzing from all that fruit.
There are a couple of annoying issues with my joints, my left knee and right hand pinky joint. Painful to the touch, left knee is getting some kind of swelling inside, thus some of my yoga postures are almost impossible for now. Gotta learn patience.

Woke up groggy and sleepy. Spent most of the day resting and napping, did not feel like doing much. I managed to cram in a 90 minutes walk, got some young coconuts imported from Costa Rica and some amazing tasting bananas, that are small but juicy.
Ate smoothies all day, grazing, whenever I felt awake enough to eat. Nectarines, coconut water, bananas, romaine and a lovely treat of cherimoya, custard apple. That was the only food I did not blend today. It was a super nice…Continue
