I am a 33 year old mom of 3 small boys. The pregnancies were all close within 5 years. I have always struggled with my weight and after the boys were born I jumped from 165lbs to 189lbs. I hate my body and am embarrassed for my children to have a chunky mom. I have 3 sisters and I am considered the large one or big girl. I wish I could fit in with them they are all in the 115-125lb range. My biggest problems are I work 3rd shift in the medical field so its hard to eat right and the biggest problem is I HATE VEGETABLES!!! I saw your website on youtube and it seemed to stick with me. Please let me join your group and learn how to eat the Vegan way with fruits. I am ready for a change. Thanks

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
