Sometimes it's so hard when you've got ALOT of weight to lose to stay motivated. I feel like I'm such a perfectionist that when I make a tiny mistake I throw all my good work down the drain, especially with diet. I come from a background of eating disorders but am now obese from yoyo dieting like crazy! Just finished Durianrider's online course. It was so good and informative, I've just started back at school and it's so tiring but tonight I'm gonna organise my high carb food for the week and try to ride my bike around. I realise the amount of food I'm eating is no where near enough so that's why I think I keep falling off the wagon.
I'm gonna prepare 2 meals for each mealtime, i.e cereal then a smoothie for breakfast. That's my method to keep myself carbed up throughout the day.…Continue
So I didn't eat nearly enough today and by night time I binged out on a few lollies and some bolognese. I felt like giving up but I watched a video on raw veganism and I realised I wasn't eating anywhere near enough! So I'm starting again tomorrow with the mindset to eat as much as I can! I've educated myself more so now I know I don't need to restrict calories! See you tomorrow!
Okay, so it's 4:17 on the start of my new raw vegan lifestyle and I'm loving it! Other times I've tried losing weight I feel so weak and hungry but not this time, I'm satisfied. I went to the gym this morning, I did some moderate bike riding and some walking on the treadmill. Great day today.
