I will be delighted to be part of the official community site as i've been knowing about 30BaD for quite a while now, already am enrolled in the BG challenge group ;)
I started my own english community one year ago and my subscribers have been following me all along my transition to the HCRV lifestyle and lots have been trying it for themselfs arleady

Thanks for the add. Eurofrutta (bulk produce deliveries) and New Covent Garden market (in Vauxhall, South West London) are good, if a little pricey. My favourite medjool dates are from Yaffa.co.uk, although they're not that much cheeper than the supermarket ones. My favourite oranges are from Ocado (Large Orages 8 per pack), which are good from February to May. You could also try New Spitalfields market (East London), although I went there once and found the trading hours and the vendors were less than customer-friendly.
Personally, I find it difficult to eat raw in London because of the high cost and poor quality of fruit. There are options for people with more money, though.
