So I never really had a pear before. Okay, I had an Asian pear but that's more of an apple. I never tried any other pear and the produce market I go to has a bunch of variety so I can pick and…Continue

So recently, I've started to incorporate salads into my diet. I've been eating primarily fruits because I'm not too fond of vegetables. I've slowly started to include romaine lettuce and now I added…Continue

Ever since I started 80/10/10 4 weeks ago, I've literally not included anything with fats. Mainly because I just hate avocados, I never liked the taste or texture. I've had it in smoothies in the…Continue

My relationship with food has always been filled with fats, oils, animals, and overall just horrible chemicals, I've always struggled with my weight but I could never find a food lifestyle that fit my insatiable hunger and love for food. It always bounced to starving myself at less than 1000 calories a day and then gorging myself over 6000 calories in one sitting. My relationship with food reached it's all time low few weeks ago when I started to binge more regularly. I realized I needed a change in my relationship with food. It wasn't about weight anymore, it became about my health. I've become vegetarian two years ago and I've always been interested in the vegan lifestyle. I've tried it a couple of times but I always went back to dairy and eggs. Recently, I discovered 30 bananas a day and I became obsessed with this lifestyle. I've been on 80/10/10 raw till 4 for a week now and I've noticed a complete change. I actually only had one cooked meal so far and honestly, I preferred raw. I decided to join this community because I wanted to further my knowledge of the 80/10/10 lifestyle and find some support.
