I discovered raw foods about 8 years ago after becoming very ill. I have been a raw foodist since that time and have spent a lot of time cleansing and healing my body during this time. Liver flushing, colon cleansing, salt water flushing and various other cleanses. I am interested in being the best I can be, feeling the best I can in total joy.
I reached a plateau the way I was eating, mainly green juices and vegetables. I had lost a lot of weight, felt quite good, but was lacking energy and had no real drive to exercise and to expend energy. The 80,10,10 concept came to me from various differnet sources in a short space of time and decided to investigate. I purchased the book and read it as quickly as I could. The book resonated and I have been steadily trying to incorporate the principles into my life. I sometimes find it a challenge to get enough calories into myself, but I am committed to working at this to get it right.

It would be useful for me to see other peoples daily eating plans. ie what people are eating to get the number of calories in. I have been doing it for some time but need to know if I am getting enough variety, minerals and vitamins.
