I was vegan for more than 6 years and a high fat (couldn't believe the facts when I did use cronometer on my old died. Holy crap, more than 60% fat and I didn't even eat junk food!). and the diet made my sick. After that I was trying a normal raw diet and it felt really good, after a couple of weeks I found out about the 811 diet and this one was even better. In short I sticked with it and I want to keep it as long as I am happy. In other words: Feeling great!. ;)

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
