I began raw foodism in august 2009 in order to cure a hormonal imbalance.
In december I got discouraged and started eating cooked food again (but leaving out fast food and other over processed foods). After Christmas I switched back to raw food because the symptoms of hormonal imbalance got out of wack (acne, weight gain).
Since january I've been eating raw foods without taking in consideration proper combination of foods, and few days ago I've decided to give LFRV a chance :)
