Hello , im a 15 year old vegan who has recently decided to try and eat more raw! I have been vegan since 2013 and have been vegetarian my whole life. After watching many documentaries about animal cruelty in the dairy industry i knew i had to become vegan, especially since there were so many health benefits too. I wanted to joining 30 Bad to help me with my journey of becoming an even healthier vegan :), striving to be succesfully,fully raw.

i need my questions to be answered please ! i desperatly want to become HCRV and feel i just need some help, also my parents are mostly vegan and are supporting me with this 'diet' but are slightly concerned with cost and have some slight doubts as to me not eating any cooked meals.

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise. Even if someone is a long time, established, raw vegan, it is possible to discover some things using "hard-data"; spot trends, be able to make good adjustments, that might not be possible otherwise.
