I decided to keep everything I had before I made the switch to a vegan lifestyle. I’m keeping my cow skin belt, I’m keeping my cow skin bag, and I’m keeping everything woolen I own (which is a lot).

Thought I would share my day's meals with you all in case there are any pro tips anyone might be able to offer me (I'm doing raw til 4 rather than 801010)
Breakfast: smoothie with 16 dates, 1 banana, 2tbsp coconut sugar and 1.5L water
