A few years ago a friend introduced me to the raw vegan diet. I had been seeing her off and on over the years and indeed every time I saw her, she looked more and more beautiful, healthy and happy. I began to research the raw vegan diet and experiment on my own. Over the years I slowly gathered the equipment to make delicious gourmet raw vegan meals and juices. I worked at a raw vegan cafe doing juice cleanses and making smoothies for some time as well. I now do juice cleanses on the side approximately once a month for people in my area. At the beginning of this year another friend offered me a scholarship to the Institute of Integrative Nutrition. Over the year I have been learning over 100 dietary theories and how to coach people back to health! I have also been helping my friends eat more raw fruits and veggies to increase energy. I hope to open my own business this summer promoting health and wellness. The reason I like 80-10-10 is its simplicity. Over the past year I have also been trying to scale down my impact on the earth and my consumeristic/materialistic side. As I begin to streamline my life, I realized I also want to streamline my diet to be even simpler, easier and faster. I am extremely excited to be a part of such an informative and supportive community!

I'm looking to set up a fruit business of sorts for the summer and am looking to see if anyone would be interested.
I'm thinking of setting up weekly or bi-weekly boxes so that you would get a big box of fruit each week or every two weeks. This would give you more variety and a lot of options. Also, anyone who gets the weekly box will also be able to buy boxes of wholesale fruit through me if they want--for example a box of mamey sapote or a box of bananas. But the weekly box I send out will kind of be like a CSA thing-but will be catered to your own individual likes and dislikes and the content of the weekly set box will be flexible.
WHat do you tihnk? Please let me know as soon as you can!
