Hello! I'm 29 years old and I'm a disappointing 233lbs or about 105 kgs. This is the most weight ive ever had on me without being pregnant. My family (2 boys and my husband) have been vegerarian for 11 months. I actually gained about 30lbs being vegetarian because with no meat products I turned to cheese even though I no longer drink milk or eggs. I'm definitely a calorie counter and I've read freele's book so I'm a bit scared of eating 2500cals I just feel like I'm going to gain even more weight so thats why I wanted to join, so I can learn more. Im not very active I have no energy and I have a horrible pain on my foot when I walk. I stopped eating meat for the animals, my main goal even before I stopped eating meat was to lose weight and be healthy.
