I have been a vegan for 4 months and have recently started to eat the 80/10/10 diet with high percentage of my calories coming from fruits. I do still consume some cooked root veg like potatoes (mostly sweet potatoes) and some boiled or stemed veg and very very occasionally will have some rice. I am a 5 foot (therefore very small) Nepali female and have always had a small body frame. I am also a bollywood/belly dancer and perform on a weekly basis (sometimes 2-3 times a week). My aim with this diet is to increase health, improve massivly my skin and my body (achieve a tight and toned body frame); this is why I started reseaching and eating this diet. I currently consume 2000 calories on average (although I have had days where I eat 2500) which is probably just right for me as I am so small, but sometimes I feel like I can eat a lot more. I am joining here because I wanted to learn more about this diet and how I can prevent weight gain and be fully satisfied with myself and my body.

I really wanted guidance on my calories and fear of weight gain (as it seems like I am gaining some tummy weight). I am only 5 foot and I am 21 years old. I also am a bollywood dancer therefore dance about 2 times a week. I want to achieve a toned a flat belly. Any help is highly appriciated!
