I've been vegan since October 2011. I have an almost 3 year old son who has been vegan since just after his first birthday :) We are vegans for life! I am transitioning to fully raw, about 80% now.

I have no problem being raw throughout the day, it's at night where I run into problems. I find it hard to get greens in unless they are in a smoothie. I have not found good raw veggie recipes that I like!

To get started. Be sure to note food, calorie, water, sleep recommendations and log (can use www.cronometer.com or similar) your food/drink intake, at least for the first few months to get used to what you need to eat to stay on target calorie wise as well as macronutrient (carbs:fat:protein) wise.
