Today is my 15th day of HCLF, Raw till 4 and haven't expected that I will miss my period after such a short time of this lifestyle!
I am sooooo HAPPY with HCLF that I truly enjoy it and feeling better and healthier than ever in my life!!
But I'm so anxcious to tell it to my gynecologist, I know he will tell me that I'm not eating healthy bla, bla, bla..
If I wasn't so polite, I would tell him that he hasn't specialize nutrition than gynecology..

So.. Today is 3rd day of raw vegan and I got a little bit of my period, and it's the middle of my cycle.
Btw I'm on the pill so it's weird to have bleeding in this time. I red a bit on this topic but didn't found a lot: is this because I started to eat raw and combined one coocked meal (like rice and potatoes) a day?
