I used to work behind a computer 16 hours a day, acting and video editing...my body has bitten me back...I suffer from severe thigh cramps, COPD, and want to have a life again...an active lifestyle... Since November 2012, I started making changes in what I eat...and now, I try to maintain HCRV, but I am probably not doing it right, and need some guidance on a menu, and times of day I should eat. In terms if business, and keeping busy, I have just started my own landscaping company...where I will be doing the paperwork, not the lawns, but getting the business going, getting accounts, bid creation, crew and equipment, scouting for lawn care talent, so I can launch the business in spring 2014. I need my shit together so I can produce, you know? I need to get a grasp of a better routine in what, how much and when I eat. I had been going to a Chiropractor, for the last few weeks so his girls there could help to massage my legs, but he tried selling me on eating protein...I ate salmon last week, and chicken and it screwed me up something awful, and the cramps still remain, despite the massages. For these thigh cramps the only thing that helps manage them is drinking pickle juice and regular V8 juice. Lots of salt, I know, but nothing else has ever worked. If I try and excercise, my legs and knees hurt and the COPD and asthma is triggered. I have to nebulize Albuterol at least 4-5 times daily. I also take 4 Motrin for leg, hip, knee pain, and I also nebulize Pulmicort to keep the COPD in check from flaring up and being inflamed. The first thigh cramps appeared in 2011 when I was in a baby pool of cool water and attempting to exercise, legs apart, butterfly movements, and boom. Pain and almost passed out. First happened to the right leg, then the left leg thigh cramp followed a day or two later. Since that time, I get them randomly, however, I have been living with this constant hair trigger threat of them about to happen since it started. My regular general practitioner, sent me to an arthritis doctor, who told me I had osteoporosis and ordered cortisone hip shots which I never got administered. I am afraid of doing that. I was also referred by the arthritis doctor to a neurologist who want to stick me with a bunch of needles for some lengthy, whole body test. Again, I declined. Just need guidance to drop this excess 200 lbs I have on my back...my armor...it is time to shed it again.

What, how much and when do I eat? I don't think I am eating enough fruit, and I think I am doing this all wrong. If I drink the amount of water that you recommend, I find myself needing more pickle juice and more salty V8 to offset the thigh cramps from happening. Tried all sorts of water, spring, drinking, distiller, smart, vitamin water... Please help me figure this all out.
