This is considered high-fat. There is probably two to three times as much sauce on this salad than would be considered "80-10-10." But it is a delicious indulgence if kept reasonable. I personally do not eat these raw "overts" ever anymore. I prefer some selected cooked plant-based foods instead. Otherwise I eat "no overts" at all for long times. My main calories are by far always from fruit. And my overall, average macronutrient percentages are generally 80-10-10 or less.
