I should be taking a Vitmain b12 supplement. Also, is anyone knowledgeable about nutrient toxicity? Apparently this level of Vitamin A is considered 'toxic' but I feel great. It's from eating ten mangoes for lunch yesterday.

I thought I had to take a B12 supplement also. I got tested on a Indigo biofeedback machine and B12 came up, too. But then I got muscle testing and the reason it came up is because I have "too much" B12, so I stopped taking my supplement, haha.
