Hi guys sorry I haven't been on here for a while, I do yoga 4 times a week, and I walk about 30mins to an hour every day.
I typically eat around 2500 - 3000 cals a day. Breakfast is always bananas! Then I eat a raw salad for lunch, and a banana smoothie in the afternoon. For dinner I eat potatoes and more salad. Hope this helps, if you have any more questions let me know!!

Wow!! I'm 135 but i keep hitting plateaus im really working hard towards being on a hcrv lifestyle, im a pescatarian and im trying hard to exterminate dairy, and fish.. Did you ever get tempted by foods with milk in it?? I really love icecream and chocolate chip cookies :/ How can I stop eating those foods?? its really hard to break those habbits :/ What kind of exercise did you do? For how long, and how many days a week?? :/

Hello just want to say you look amazing!!

I'm new here and I find that your inspirationale! I would like to know how to start this. Like I have read but honestly I don't know If I'm doing this right!! Like frozen fruits is that allowd!? And howlong did it take you to stop gaining pounds and starting feelling great!?

Because feelling great is really my number one thing right now! So pleas talke to me I'm allon at the moments. Still trying to cunvince familly member but not really the easiyesthing.
