Alexandra....lots of different excercises....I do a good amount of circuit training with full body excercises like burpees etc and then I have days where I do a lot of compund movements like shoulder presses,curls, lots of pushups etc. I lift 5 days a week...1 day is an easy cardio day and 1 full recovery day
