30 Bananas a Day!

I can't imagine EVER having cooked food for breakfast again. Salty, fatty bacon and eggs accompanied with a cool glass of pus? ✖ Gluey stick-to-your-gut porridge with a dehydrating coffee? ✖ OR a yummy, sweet, nourishing, juicy meal of fruit? ✔✔ We are what we eat remember. If you're not interested in eating ALL raw but want to feel more vibrant and energetic ➙ then at the least go FRUIT yourself for breakfast today.☀

I went from highly processed cereals with milk (800kcal) for more then 15 years to mega banana blueberry smoothies (1800kcal) sometimes with a head of lettuce. Been doing that for the last 15 months now. Best thing ever!

2 fruit smoothie - following your food combing chart :-)  

12 bananas and 1.5 cups frozen mango 

12 bananas and 1.5 cups frozen raspberries

12 bananas and 1.5 cups frozen blueberries 

Fresh squeezed OJ - 2 L 

or 1.5L Fresh Squeezed OJ Blended with fresh coconut flesh (50-100g) 

Now I am getting some new ideas... OJ with frozen berries... Citrus blend (OJ/GF/Lemon/Lime) 

Its not proper food combining but sometimes OJ and Bananas too... OJ, Banana and Greens is good too. 

Another Favorite is fresh papaya mono

My Vitamix blender is noisy so I don't do smoothies in the morning. That would wake up everybody else. So I start the day with 2 bananas and about an hour later 2 apples. Before lunch I snack on dates or berries or kiwis or whatever I have.

That looks so delish:) Yeah that was last thing I cut out was oatmeal and coffee. Cofee was the hardest because I was a big cofee lover, but it does dehydrate you plus the caffeine got my heart going to much(sensitive to caffeine found out). I have a green smoothie which usually is; kale, banana, little bit of flax seeds, and depending on what i have ill add either raw cocunut meat or pinnapple pieces or mango:)

I do best  with a melon an hour waking, then and hour later 9 bananas and 7 dates

I have been eating mono fruits for breakfast. Recently I have been starting the day with apples and oranges. Grapes, melons, mangos are great too. I figure the simpler you eat, the happier you will be!

A liter of Raw Apple Cider with pumpkin pie spice (mix of cinnamon, nutmeg, clove, ginger).  I warm it up a little, too.  Really hits the spot when the weather gets cooler in the fall! 

In winter it's a liter of OJ.

In summer a liter of Watermelon juice.
