Greetings to 30BaD's Welcome Wagon and FADs (Frequently Added Discussions)!
(Created courtesy of Peacekeeper PK)
Whether we're completely new to HCRV, coming aboard with fresh eyes, enthusiasm and eagerness, or we're seasoned veterans working on refining our lifestyles there are essential questions that are bound to arise for each one of us. The same rule applies to our engagement on 30BaD and questions or concerns about forum operations on the interwebz. It's natural then, on a site like 30BaD, that we see certain questions arising again and again. Over time a good deal has been said on these fundamentals, including much information in our FAQ section, welcome wagon, and other resources, but in response to the need for more comprehensive, detailed and sourced replies to these important questions we introduce 30BaD FADs: Frequently Added Discussions.
We all owe a great debt of gratitude for the work our wonderful PK has put into this project, showing true heart in the voluntary effort to help others on the path to health! We hope these articles will help answer your questions and allay any concerns you may have in approaching these important aspects of HCRV and the 30BaD way.

Edit here by PK:
While I would like to thank Windlord for that introduction of kind words, I cannot take all the credit as there has been much collaboration behind the scenes as well as science always has been, is, and will be. I am a simple pilgrim on this journey of science and sharing what I know to the best of my knowledge and without intent of harm, but most ideas are not my own originally.
Most of what I share in the forum is based on years of personal experience, years of troubleshooting a raw foods diet with 30BaD forum members, and evidence based research in the fields of science, medicine, and nutrition.
I would also like to add some classic work and research by our other exceptional Peacekeepers and or by 30BaD members here.
A reality check for those with tendencies to turn inward on themselves, waste time naval gazing, and obsess about the scale. There is a much bigger world out there. Get out there and live a little. Help others. Help animals. Help the planet.
