Share 'Hard time packing in calories daily... please help'
I came back from having a body metabolic assessment just recently and I was told that my body was running just under 1250 calories a day.
I guess it explains why even though i exercise 3-4 times a week, I find it difficult to build tone and definition as the body is trying to preserve as much fat as possible because of the lack of calories I consume.
