For overt fats, my best bet is avocados because I can get them raw and I know for sure that they are raw. There are 'raw' nuts and 'cold-pressed' olive oil in the grocery market, but I'm not sure I totally trust them. Questions:
Anyone know of a good olive/avocado/other fruit oil brand that has fresh, honest oil, and is available in Maine?
