Share 'Am I eating too much fruit? Should I change anything?'
Breakfast- 20 fresh medjool dates
Snack- 2 small apples
Lunch- 6 large apples
Dinner- 20 medjool dates
I'm 17 and i exercise 6 days a week. (mostly hot yoga and indoor cycling classes)
I want to lose 10-20 pounds
I've been on and off this diet for the past couple days and I want to go 100% starting tomorrow forever.
