Today I was on Cronometer for the first time and I noticed how low my fat intake has been.
I don't really want to eat nuts and seeds because, well, they don't taste like much to me. In fact, I've only ever liked them when combined with copious amounts of sugar and/or other ingredients.
Are exclusively low fat fruits and vegetable enough? Can my diet be too low in fat?
