breakfast 4 bananas, water, 10 dates
lunch 3 bananas, 1 pear, 10 dates
dinner 1 papaya, 1 massive salad of spinach, sweetcorn, onion, basil, olives, celery.
i feel fine, not sure how many calories right now... bearing in mind i have done no excercise whatsoever apart from walking back and forth to the shop to pick up reduced organic goodies...!! going to do some yoga and get some swee…
